All of our items are made to order. This means each product is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing Time  
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be processed and printed before shipping.

Shipping Time  
After processing, shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Total delivery time is typically 5–12 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Order Tracking  
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Address  
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Sanctified & Spicy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages  
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. Sanctified & Spicy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered.
